Resort Style w/ Balcony, Hot Tub and Full Kitchen

Disappointed Positive: The shower was ok. Good frying pans. Plenty of towels. Negative: Third floor walkup apartment. Bed way to soft No balcony hot tub Bird crap all over near the door Accessibility procedures are a nuisance Paint absent or peeling on the stairway.

Overall it was a good stay. Positive: I liked the oversized bathtub; it was very relaxing. The bed was comfortable too. There was lots of room for my family. I also liked that a laundry facility was provided. The kitchen was stocked with many things to provide home-cooked meals. Negative: It was nice to have a fully equipped kitchen, but not all the appliances worked. In other reviews that I had read, it was noted that the microwave had not been working. Since it had been months since that review, it should have been fixed by the time of the next rental. - but it was not. I also wished that we could have utilized the back deck for smoking. Being on the 3rd floor and having to go up and down flights of stairs and walk off property was a bit much.

Positive: The space was very clean and beautiful! The view is also very beautiful. Negative: There wasn't anything I didn't like.

Positive: The location and price was perfect for our trip.
